So the current frontpage article has to do with the Discovery Channel thinking of hiring Sarah Palin to do a reality/travel show for Alaska. “Palin headed to Discovery Networks?” Not only is the $1.2 million per episode salary extremely exorbitant for what will likely be a “subpar” narrative, but Palin’s policies towards the environment make this one of the worst matches in history. Notable examples are “Drill baby drill” and aerial wolf hunting incentives. I find it fairly offensive that Discovery would consider letting someone that has attempted to incentivize aerial wolf hunting guide viewers on a trip through Alaska’s wilderness. Please join me in writing the Discovery Network to comment on their decision, maybe enough people will write to put them off the idea.
